Local Mail
Your item(s) will reach you in 2-4 working days once payment has been verified. Please note that Saturday and Sunday are non-working days.

You may either opt for Normal or Registered Postage.

Normal Mail is Free. However, you are not able to track your parcel. Ohsofickle will not be liable for missing parcels through Normal Mail therefore it is highly advisable our customers to opt for Registered Postage.

Registered Mail is an additional $2.24. You will be given a tracking number to track your parcel if your parcel doesn't reach you on time. Alternatively, you can contact us at ohsofickle@gmail.com for your parcel details. If you are not around when the parcel was being delivered, the postman will leave a collection slip at your door step for you to pick the parcel up at your nearest post office.

Overseas Mail
You will be charged a flat fee of $20 for overseas postage. We will contact you if your postage costs more than $20 (we will scan the receipt for you). A registered article number will be provided for you to track your parcel.



Payment Options
We accept POSB/DBS bank transfers and Paypal. If you do not have a bank account, we recommend a cash deposit at any POSB branch. If you are doing an ATM transfer, please keep your receipt and send us a snapshot as proof of payment. We will take legal actions against fraud cases - so be honest!

Returns & Exchange Policy
If you have received an item with a defect or a wrong item, please email us immediately ohsofickle@gmail.com. We will do an exchange if the item of your choice is sold out, otherwise, we would do a full refund back to you. Defected goods must be returned within 14 days from the original date of purchase.

All items are brand new.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

All sizes and measurements are approximate, however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. Unless otherwise stated, sizes indicated are UK sizes.

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.
